The Technical Meeting

The Technical meeting of the WJCC 2013 was held at 22:00 p.m on 12th september by the Chief Arbiter IA Tugan Unal, arbiter FA Huseyin Yeten, Tournament Director Yasin Emrah Yagiz in the tournament hall of The Ness Hotel. All important points about the organisation were informed in details and the Chief arbiter gave informations about the rules of the tournament. The colour for both categories were drawn (Black for both categories) and the Appeals Commitee were selected during the technical meeting.

The first pairings of the championship will be declared at 10:00 am on 13th september 2013.
